The objective of this Action Research is improving educative administration skills of teachers. This action Research table place in the SMA 2 Samarinda. 12 indicators of motifations are used in this research. The researcher obserb the Head teacher and 12 Language teachers. Yes no questions is used to interview the head teacher. While three categories, namely, bad medium and pood are used for teacher. There are three cycles in this research. In every cycles there are planning, action and refleksion. Cyclus I : (1) Planning : deciding the research materials and the observation instrumens. (2) Action : Observing the head teacher and teachers with the observations instrumens. (3) Reflektion : Disceesing the result, and deciding the next steb for the next cyclus. (4) Follow Up : Action for the next cyclus. The result of this action Research are as follow : The tweleveth indicators motivation are effective in improving teacher skills.
The indicators are match with the school Curriculum.
