Kajian Deskriptif Tugas pokok dan Fungsi TPMPD di Wilayah Propinsi Jawa Barat

ABSTRAK
Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah, Kajian deskriptif Tugas pokok dan fungsi TPMPD di wilayah propinsi Jawa Barat, yang di fokuskan pada kondisi objektif profil TPMPD dilihat dari aspek Latar belakang pendidikan dan jabatan TPMPD serta konsistensi TPMPD dalam mengikuti IN-1 dan IN-2 dan kondisi objektif pemahaman TPMPD terkait tugas pokok TPMPD, fungsi pemetaan mutu oleh TPMPD dan fungsi fasilitasi oleh TPMPD. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif deskriftif, dengan responden pengurus TPMPD di wilayah propinsi Jawa barat. Dengan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kajian deskriptif Tugas pokok dan fungsi TPMPD dilihat dari Profil dengan katagori Baik, Tugas pokok, Fungsi pemetaan mutu dan fungsi fasilitasi secara umum menujukkan hasil 45,03% dengan katagori kurang, adapun secara khusus hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut yaitu : Profil pengurus TPMPD mayoritas berkualifikasi S2 sebanyak 75% dengan katagori Baik, Jabatan pengurus TPMPD mayoritas pengawas sebanyak 61,5% dengan katagori Cukup,Tingkat konsistensi pengurus TPMPD dalam mengikuti Bimtek sebanyak 37,5% dengan katagori kurang. Pemahaman tugas pokok dan fungsi TPMPD sebanyak 45,6% dengan katagori Kurang, untuk fungsi pemetaan mutu oleh TPMPD diperoleh hasil sebanyak 46% dengan katagori Kurang serta untuk fungsi Fasilitasi mutu pendidikan oleh TPMPD diperoleh hasil sebanyak 44,5% dengan katagori Kurang

The study in this research is, Descriptive Study of the main tasks and functions of TPMPD in the area of West Java province, which is focused on the objective conditions of the TPMPD profile viewed from aspects of the educational background and position of the TPMPD and the consistency of the TPMPD in following IN-1 and IN-2 and the conditions objective understanding of TPMPD related to the main tasks of TPMPD, the function of quality mapping by TPMPD and the facilitation function by TPMPD. The research method uses descriptive quantitative approach, with TPMPD management respondents in the area of West Java province. With the results of the study it can be concluded that the descriptive study of the main tasks and functions of TPMPD seen from the Profile with Good categories, Main tasks, Quality mapping function and facilitation functions generally show results of 45.03% with less categories, while specifically the results of the research can be concluded as follows namely: Profile of the majority of TPMPD management who are S2 qualified as much as 75% with Good category, TPMPD management positions are majority of supervisors as much as 61.5% with Sufficient categories, The level of consistency of TPMPD administrators in joining Bimtek is 37.5% with less categories. Understanding of the main tasks and functions of TPMPD as much as 45.6% with Less categories, for the quality mapping function by TPMPD 46% results were obtained with Less categories and for the Facilitation function of educational quality by TPMPD results were as much as 44.5% with Less categories
