KREATIVITAS BERWIRAUSAHA DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA MOTIVASI PRAKTEK KEWIRAUSAHAAN MAHASISWA

Entrepreneurial practice is the first step for students to know and understand the real conditions of the business world. However, efforts are needed to build creativity so that students have the motivation to carry out these entrepreneurial practices. Using this type of quantitative research using a sample of students taking advanced entrepreneurship courses at the Lancang Kuning University management study program and the data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis tools. The results showed that it was proven that student creativity had a significant effect on student entrepreneurial motivation in carrying out entrepreneurial practices. This is because students who have new ideas or ideas in producing a product will be enthusiastic in proving whether the product has been responded to by the market or not.
